Tommy the Hare is an original piece inspired by old cartoon mobster people, think Dick Tracy villian characters: Flat Top, Prune Face etc. There were many plans to make an environment, maybe a bank robbery but decided to go with a clean, smokey look that leaves it up to the imagination of Tommy just did.
